EXECUTIVE

1. Project Manager

A project manager is more than just someone who oversees a renovation project. He manages friendly relationships with our treasured clients, confirms their purchase and after the project is finished, ensures our customers are satisfied by tying up loose ends.

For a career that straddles sales, human relations and executive work, good salesmanship is essential, as well as an honest and dependable character. He must be patient and willing to make an extra effort in the things he do.

You will received project-based commision.

No academic qualifications are required. You need to be good at simple mathematics: using preset pricing guides to provide quotations for our clients. You must be able to travel to worksites and provide simple off-hand sketches and measurements. Erratic work-hours (depending on the clients' needs) might be required.

 

2. Interior Designer

As an interior designer, you will assist our company in dealing with our clients and meeting their demands. You will need to have an explorative mind and an eye for interior styling.

You will receive a fixed monthly pay and project-based commission.

Related academic qualifications are required. Experience in using 3D studiomax, AutoCad, photoshop and related computer applications is an added advantage. However, applicants must be able to draw free-hand perspectives of interior decor.

 

3. Draughtsman

As a drafter you will be responsible for drawing perspectives of our projects either on paper or render on computer, or both.

Your pay is negotiable.

No academic qualifications are required, but experience in using 3D studiomax, AutoCad, photoshop and related computer applications are required.
