Terms of Service
The following agreement describes the terms on which Mei Sin Furniture offers you access to its services. This offer is conditioned on your agreement to all of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Service. By signing this agreement, you agree to the following terms of service.

1.1 LIABILITIES

Our liabilities to you should not exceed half of the price paid for the services you purchased through us. We will not be liable for any loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, for any injury to your reputation or for any losses that are not reasonably foreseeable by both of us at the time your order is accepted. We are also not liable for any death, personal injury, fraud or any damage to your own possessions or our services.

1.2 SERVICES PROVIDED BY OUR COMPANY

The company Mei Sin Furniture provides services and products in the modes of carpentry, furniture, design, renovation, alteration and general design. All such works  are classified as ‘Services provided by the company’. Such services by the company are subject to variation, alteration and changes of outcome (in all aspects) due to forseeable or unexpected circumstances.

1.3 WAIVER & INVALIDITY

If you breach these Terms of Service and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the Terms of Sale. In the event that one or more of the terms set out in these Terms of Sale or in the Returns Policy is held to be invalid by a competent authority, the remaining terms shall continue to have effect and you will still be bound by them.

1.4 PAYMENT

All payment should be made payable to Mei Sin Furniture & Decoration within 1 week. Full payment is usually broken into multiple sessions, in accordance to the different phases of work. At each phase, you are required to pay the stipulated amount as stated in the article ‘Quotation’.

1.5 PRICING ERRORS

Whilst we try to ensure all prices are correct and made accurate, errors do happen.  If we discover a pricing error, we will adjust the price accordingly and customers would be given the choice to continue, halt or cancel the affected article(s) stated in the quotation.

1.6 COVERAGE OF TERMS OF SERVICE

This agreement covers all official articles reviewed by both our company and our customer(s). This includes but is not limited to: quotation, plans/views, annex and all handwritten notes. This article itself is subject to changes, and all changes are reflected either on this article itself or on the url link in the footnote.

1.7 PRIVACY

Personal information will be kept and used by us and not divulged unnecessarily.
